Applications

This technology has references in both sewage treatment plants and a wide range of industries, such as food processing, recycling and tanneries. The IntenSieve is also used as an integrated part in CellCap®, the composed technology for recovering, for example, cellulose from sewage.
The IntenSieve® is a rotating belt finesieve that combines two critical processes in one compact solution: solid/liquid separation and solids thickening. It is to be considered the most suitable technology to replace conventional primary treatment, offering all the flexibility needed for optimal operation under different types of conditions. The IntenSieve® is economical, compact and operates without the need for the addition of flocculants or coagulants.This filter can be used in a variety of different applications, both municipal and industrial, as it features a filter cloth with a filter mesh opening that can range from 90 to 2,000 microns.
