Double Screw Press (TSP)

Applications
Dewatering of fibrous and challenging sludges (e.g., pulp & paper, textiles). Used as standalone or integrated into full sludge lines.
The machine is made up of one or more pairs of variable pitch screws located inside a filtering cage in stainless steel. The screws counter rotate and move the product towards the discharge zone where a counterpressure system, pneumatically operated, causes the dewatering inside the cage.
The high pressing efficiency of the TSP makes it possible to obtain a very high dry solid content. This performance is achieved due to the special design of the machine’s pressing system, which ensures minimal energy consumption and high flow rates.
