Giotto Group has been established as a new Italian industrial platform specializing in water and sludge treatment.
The Group was created through the combination of the expertise and strategic vision of Giotto Service, Giotto Mobile, SC Costruzioni Meccaniche and Tek.Metal - companies whose capabilities, specialization and geographical presence complement one another - and the experience of Spin Capital in creating and developing industrial platforms. Together, they have joined forces to build a leading player in the Italian market.
Enzo Bina, an entrepreneur with more than 35 years of experience, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Group. All the entrepreneurs involved have reinvested in the project and will continue to lead their respective companies, contributing to the Group’s growth and leveraging the expertise developed over the years.
With financial resources exceeding 30 million euros, Giotto Group has been established to support a growth strategy based on innovation, technological development and industrial consolidation in a sector that is becoming increasingly strategic for the sustainable management of water resources.
The integration of the Group companies’ expertise enables Giotto Group to cover the entire water and sludge treatment value chain, creating an industrial platform capable of providing customers with increasingly comprehensive and specialized solutions.
